Once she feels safe, Pearl transforms into the ultimate cuddle buddy. She loves to curl up on your lap or chest, purring contentedly and giving sweet kisses. Her favorite place to be is snuggled up with her human—and sometimes even buried under blankets, so be sure to check for cozy lumps before sitting down!

Meet Chewy, A Beautiful kitty with green eyes and a striking tortie-tabby coat with amber colors. Chewy is a calm, confident independent girl who loves playing with electronic toys, scratching on cardboard, playing in boxes, climbing and her all time favourite activity is finding a good windowsill and watching the world go by. She is so sweet and will greet you when you come home and soak up all the pets she can get. She will return the love by purring, giving kisses and making biscuits. She loves hanging out with her human and will lay beside you or by your feet while you are relaxing.
Chewy is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and litter box trained. $150 vet cost recovery to adopt. Chewy is good with other cats and dogs, but is also independent and would be fine in a single pet household.

Maggie is a petite long haired sweetheart with the softest purr and an even softer heart. From the moment she arrived, she’s been nothing but gentle and loving. She purrs nonstop and adores being brushed and doted on — it’s truly her favorite part of the day!

Maggie isn’t a big eater, but she prefers to graze throughout the day. She was a total angel for her grooming session — calm, patient, and not a single scratch or fuss. Her easygoing, trusting nature makes her a dream to care for.

Maggie would thrive in a quiet home — perhaps with a homebody, a retired couple, or a peaceful family with older children (10+). She’d prefer to be your one and only, soaking up all the love and attention.

Meet Parker – A Dog Discovering Love

Parker is a handsome Lab mix who is just beginning to experience the warmth of a home. He’s learning that being inside is safe, toys are for playing, and love is real. He leans on his dog friends for guidance, playing with the excitement of a puppy!

He can be cautious with new people but Parker’s confidence is growing day by day. He absolutely loves to play in the yard and hike with his foster family, he is also learning to loose leash walk and doing very well. Despite his past, he is always kind, even when unsure.

Parker lives in a foster home with older kids, dogs, and cats, interacting with gentle energy. His greatest joy comes from his dog friends. Now, he’s ready for his forever home—a place where he can continue to learn, love, and be loved.

This is Daisy, a gorgeous white and grey medium hair with beautiful blue eyes. She isn't a lap cat but loves to be scratched and to be around people - she'll go wherever the action is. She also loves playing fetch with her soft ball. She'd be a good fit for a home without other dogs/cats, and is fantastic with kids of all ages. Meet Lizzy! A stunning young spayed Shepherd/Heeler mix with a heart full of love and energy. This smart and affectionate girl is eager to learn and thrives with structure, making her a great match for an experienced dog owner who can provide the guidance she needs.

She is highly food-motivated, which makes training a rewarding experience. Lizzy adores other dogs, greets politely on a leash, and loves to play. Because she's young and strong, a Halti is recommended for walks to help her stay focused.

While Lizzy is still learning the ropes, she’s incredibly intelligent and just needs a confident leader to help her reach her full potential. With patience and consistency, she will become a loyal and devoted companion.

Luna is Looking for Her Forever Home!
Luna is a sweet cuddle bug who loves being close to her humans—so much so that she thinks her 60lb body fits perfectly in your lap! She is smart and eager to learn but would do best with a family experienced with her breed.

Luna came to OHS very timid after being unclaimed at animal control. Luckily, she was placed with an amazing foster family who helped her build trust and feel the love she deserves. She gets along well with the other dog in her foster home but she will chase cats, so a cat-free home would be best. Luna is a medium-energy girl who loves chasing balls and squeaky toys. She’s learning leash manners and how to settle, but she’ll need continued training.

Meet Otto! He’s a young, sweet-natured boy with a gentle heart and calm presence. Otto is a little chatty and super cute—especially with his big whiskers fluffy tail and white mittens. While generally quiet, he has a playful streak and loves snack time once he feels safe and settled.

You’ll often find Otto lounging in cozy spots soaking in peaceful moments. He’s not a fan of being picked up, but he enjoys chin scratches and gentle pats. Otto is used to living with other cats and calm, friendly dogs, though he hasn’t been around young children. He prefers quiet environments and would truly thrive in a peaceful home.

Otto is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and fully litter trained.

Boomer is a shy but curious, handsome young boy. Once he gets to know you, it doesn’t take much to get this guy purring. He usually wants to be near you every chance he gets. He loves his ear and back scratches, and cuddles with his trusted person. Boomer also enjoys playing with his toys and will happily gobble up Temptations treats.

He loves attention and gets along perfectly with other cats. Boomer would likely be okay with a slow introduction to a gentle, cat-savvy dog. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, litter box trained, and ready to join his forever home. He would do best in a quieter setting with a patient adopter who can give him a little time to come out of his shell.

FOZZY BEAR

This big boy is a softy at heart. Fozzy loves attention, but is shy. He likes to spend his day relaxing in his favorite spot, but appreciates any attention you bring his way. Fozzy loves to be petted and brushed and will roll around for tummy rubs. Give Fozzy a few weeks to settle in to your home and then he'll flirt with you with side looks and body rubs as he seeks more of your attention.
